Stavros Lantsias is a renown musician and composer from Cyprus, dealing with a wide range of music styles from classical to jazz to film music. His personal albums and concerts offer to the audience a unique harmonic blend – a journey into memorable sound landscapes.
Lantsias seeks refuge through his music, and audiences are bound to feel an inner urge to do the same. His is a constant quest for that “restless melody that flows like a river to end up in the ocean of eternal music”.

Stavros Lantsias is in high demand as a pianist and arranger. He plays piano, drums, percussion and acoustic guitar.
He has co-operated with famous artists from Greece and abroad such as Lars Danielsen, Peter Erskine, David Lynch, Yiotis Kioutrsoglou, Nikos Xidakis and many more. Stavros has had concerts all over the world in jazz, classic, ethnic and other ensembles.
He has made 6 albums with big recording labels such as Warner Music Greece, Lyra and Libra.
His studies include classical piano and music theory, he graduated from the Berklee College of Music and also studied with jazz “guru” Charlie Banacos.
Stavros has received the “Count Basie Jazz Masters Award for pianists 1989” , “Quincy Jones Jazz Masters Award for arrangers 1990” and other awards.
